Pumpkin Village will be open to the public:

Saturday, October 20th from 10am-4pm (after hours event) & October 26th from 10am-6pm and after hours event 6pm - 9pm.

All food concessions must register with the Colusa County Health Department. Please be set up and ready to be checked by the Colusa County Health Department while at Pumpkin Village.

We ask that all vendors have a “Harvest” or “Fall” theme to them, for example if you are selling cookies they should be decorated as pumpkins, ghosts, spiders, etc.

Booth fees are as follows:

$50 Outdoor booth: 10’x10’
  You must provide your own canopy/tent if desired.
$150 Food Concession: 10’x10’, $150 or 25% whichever is greater

We require all vendors to have liability insurance.

You can provide your own or purchase through the Fairgrounds office.

General Information

• Pumpkin Village will be held rain or shine.
• You must provide your own tables, chairs, and canopy/tent if desired. All booths are outdoors.
• Upon arrival to the Fairgrounds please check in with the Fair Office. Booth location will be provided to you at check in.
• We ask that all exhibitors be in place, set up and ready to go by 9:30 a.m. each day (prior to opening of the gates).
• Vendors will need to park in the general public parking lot and walk any inventory over to your booth, there will be no vehicle access to unload/load inventory onto the grounds.
• We require all booth vendors be set up during the entire duration of the event.
• Lastly, interact with the patrons and have a great time! The public/community at Pumpkin Village are our friends, family and neighbors. We want our vendors and patrons to enjoy being a part of Pumpkin Village and enjoy this wonderful event!
